Sarfraz Ahmed scored 109 runs from 105 balls in the first innings of the Test, which was his second century, first against Australia, and he has now scored 597 runs at an average of 37.31. He is the fifth Pakistan wicket keeper to score a century, see Wicket Keepers Scoring a Century, and he is the leading Pakistan run scorer in the 2014 calendar year. Younis Khan scored 103 not out from 133 balls in the second innings, after scoring 106 from 223 balls in the first innings of the Test, which was his twenty sixth century, the most by any Pakistan player. Ahmed Shehzad scored 131 runs from 233 balls in the second innings, which was his second century, first against Australia, and he has now scored 493 runs at an average of 41.08. Pakistan defeated Australia by 221 runs at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, and have now won 2, lost 4, of the 6 matches played against Australia at neutral venues, and overall they have won 13, lost 28, drawn 17 of the 58 matches between the two countries.
